Additionally:
1) Suedzucker and Steinhoff move from mDAX to sDAX.
2) Corestate Capital and JOST Werke come into sDAX, Gerry Weber and MLP get the chop
3) Aumann and ISRA VISION come into TecDAX, GFT and ADVA leave it.
